From there, we design a customized running program and combine it with coaching in mindfulness, visualization, and other evidence-based techniques.

Running allows for a release of adrenaline and endorphins, which can elevate mood and reduce stress. We also often call upon nature as our gym, utilizing the environment to connect with the body, mind, and earth.
