I work with a small, selective roster of elite endurance athletes. Every athlete gets everything I have — between sessions, before races, and in the moments that matter most.

My deepest expertise is in endurance sport. If you're a runner, cyclist, or triathlete — this is built for you. But what really defines my clients isn't their sport. It's their mindset. What working together actually looks like

We start with a free 20-minute call to figure out where you're stuck and whether we're the right fit. If we move forward, I build a mental performance plan around your specific race calendar, goals, and the patterns getting in your way.

Sessions are 50 minutes, delivered remotely. Between sessions you have direct access to me — a voice memo before a big workout, a check-in the night before a race, a debrief after a tough result. I keep my roster small on purpose so every athlete I work with gets everything I have.

I work with a limited roster. When spots are full, they’re full.
